SproutBridge BV (“the Manager”) processes your personal data if you (a) signed up via the website or by email for further information, (b) subscribed to the newsletter, (c) register as a participant in the Fund, or (d) signed up for a conversation.

The Manager processes your data to provide general information, send newsletters and reports, contact you, and invite you to investment seminars.

3. How long we retain the data

The Manager retains your data from the moment you sign up. If you ask us to delete your data, we’ll do so as quickly as possible.

The Manager only shares your data with third parties when necessary for service delivery and to comply with legal obligations.

The Manager takes data protection very seriously and has implemented appropriate measures.

If you invest in the Fund you sign up via the subscription form. Data is processed by the Fund administrator, AssetCare BV.

The Manager reserves the right to make changes when new circumstances require.
