What is the minimum subscription amount for the SproutBridge Equity Fund?

To participate in the SproutBridge Equity Fund the minimum subscription amount is €100,000. Is this amount too high for you? Contact us about other options.

What is the duration of my investment in the SproutBridge Equity Fund?

The SproutBridge Equity Fund is open-ended. The fund therefore has no fixed end date. You can subscribe and redeem on a monthly basis. However, the fund is not intended for short-term investors.

The fund is suitable for long-term investors who want to make optimal use of the compounding effect for higher returns.

Can I also participate as a legal entity (BV)?

Both natural persons and legal entities can participate in the SproutBridge Equity Fund.

Do I need investment knowledge to participate?

Our fund manager handles the daily operations and invests according to established strategies for return optimisation and risk management. You do not need any investment knowledge.

How does the SproutBridge Equity Fund invest?

The strategy is to purchase undervalued stocks on a global scale. The equity strategies are quality stocks, (deep-)value stocks, and stocks with a dampening effect in a declining market.

What is the objective?

The objective is an average annual return of 12% (net of costs) over a horizon of 5 to 10 years.

What happens to my money if the manager goes bankrupt?

Your money is safely held, even if SproutBridge or one of our partners were to go bankrupt. The investments of the participants are separated from the assets of SproutBridge and its partners — via the Stichting Legal Owner SproutBridge Equity Fund.

Is SproutBridge supervised by the AFM?

The SproutBridge Equity Fund started on 1 March 2024 with registration under the so-called “Light Regime”.

CAGR

Compound Annual Growth Rate — the accumulated return of the fund on an annual basis, after deduction of all costs.

High-Water Mark

The perpetual High-Water Mark prevents you from paying performance fees on returns you have already been charged for.

Hurdle rate

The minimum required return a fund must achieve before performance fees are calculated. The hurdle rate is 6% per year.

YTD (Return)

Year-to-date: the return on an investment from the end of the previous calendar year to today.
