SproutBridge’s team
The team behind SproutBridge consists of three experienced professionals, each with their own expertise and experience. Rick Boerkamp, founder of SproutBridge, has been involved from the very beginning and, in his role as fund manager, is responsible for the fund’s investment strategies. Henri Willems, with his marketing and commercial strategic expertise, has joined to further structure and direct the organization in these areas. Niels Scherling primarily focuses on attracting new participants to the fund and ensuring optimal relationship management with all existing investors.
